Processing Equipment：
Machines, like common film blowing machine, sheet extruder, bag making machine, printers, heat seal machine, etc, can be used to process bio-products.
Processing Technology：
- Using film extruder of LDPE die head with a screw of L/D ratio≥28︰1, and the blow-up ratio should be more than 1：3, which will help to achieve maximum production yield and best film quality.
- The freshly blown film feels brittle and crisp. Its elongation is fairly low. This is due to the severe dehydration during production. After a 24 hour curing period, it will regain its properties of tensile strength and elongation. Therefore, newly made film needs 24 hours of curing period before further processing like printing or bag-making. Don’t add any other polyolefin materials to protect the performances of compost, degrade and heat sealability of the products.
